Because the rental market in Yellowknife is so tight right now, we receive requests for help finding rental units almost daily. Unfortunately, because we don’t deal in residential rentals, the best we can do is compile renter resources in one place.

And the best advice that we can give renters is to get your name on the waiting lists maintained by the larger landlords.  Even if it seems as though there are no units available at the moment, come the end of the month, like clockwork, some tenants will be giving their notice, and then the landlords will turn to their waiting lists to fill those units.
